"My dad passed away on March 30th and my nephew passed away on April 6, 2007. His service was excellent and he always went above and beyond. Matter of fact he let my nieces go in a few days before the funeral because the one was going on a trip which my father would have said go Emily and enjoy yourself don't stay home on my account. "I called Dan from Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations straight off a little internet research. We wanted a place that specialized in cremations and that would respect what my husband would have wanted. He was so kind and reassuring when I was at my lowest and gave me a quote that was reasonable. He did not try to pad the bill with things we did not need or want. Everything was handled well and with respect to our family and myself. My friends and family especially loved the Tribute Wall. Even now, I visit it often for comfort. The obit page is done very well also along w/the music. Whoever heard of a funeral director making house calls? Well Dan did. Several weeks after our business was concluded, I was writing thank you cards and had run out from the supply he had given. I called him to ask for more that I would pick up the following day. Well he offered to drop them off later that Sunday evening on his way back from a family event. I was about 1/2 hour out of his way but drop them off he did! Thank you Dan for that and for making a very difficult time just that much easier."
